General Committee Meeting

There is a meeting of the Lewisham Deptford Labour Party General Committee planned for this week. The Lewisham Deptford Labour Party is run by a General Committee, and only elected delegates from branches and affiliated bodies may vote. Member and Supporter visitors are invited to attend and may speak at the invitation of the Chair.

The meeting will take place as follows,

at:   7:30 pm to 9:00
on : Thursday 10th
at :   New Cross Learning, New Cross Road

We are planning to receive reports from our Executive Officers and our MP and discuss mandates (voting instructions for our delegates) for the LP Conference.

The General Committee usually meets 10 times each year; it meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, except August and December.

The October meeting will be held on Thursday 8th October.

The Annual General Meeting at which Officers, officials and delegates are elected for a one year term of office will be held on 12th November.
